Week 2: Stoic Virtues

Seneca
Seneca was advisor to the Emperor Nero.

This section will challenge you to live consistently in accord with your own core values and conception of virtue each day.  The focus now shifts from your thoughts on to your actions in the “here and now”.

There are some very profound questions about your deepest values to work through and discuss with the rest of the group.  You’ll be planning each day so that you find time both to act in accord with your core values and also to contemplate them more deeply in meditation.
