This is a copy of a self-monitoring record sheet designed for daily use in Stoic practice, based on similar forms used in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). See Teach Yourself Stoicism and the Art of Happiness (2013) for more information.

You’re probably right. I was just trying to make it feel a bit less like a modern CBT form, from the computer age, and more like something vaguely evocative of ancient philosophy. But it might have just ended up looking slightly weird! 🙂
